Overview

The Navigate project methodology provides a phase-structured, stage-driven, and gate-controlled approach to system implementations.  It is a full project lifecycle methodology providing governance, direction, and management of key activities and key deliverables by phase, stage, and role.

This methodology is adaptable and responsive to different types of systems and vendors, while still providing relentless repeatability and a consistent and deliberate discipline.  Templates are available for each key deliverable included.
